Hallie Benjamin first fell in love with yoga in 2009 while visiting Malibu, California. After returning home to Boston, Massachusetts she continued to grow her practice and get involved in the local yoga community.

After leaving her corporate job as a manager of business development and sales in May 2014, she took the opportunity to follow her yoga dreams. Hallie received her 200 hour RYT from South Boston Yoga, one of the area’s leading teaching studios.

Hallie brings a unique practice to her students by combining the classic roots of yoga in a

modern and engaging atmosphere. She strives to educate her students about correct alignment, encourages her students to experiment with new positions, and maintains a safe, fun environment.

Hallie's sessions are focused on teaching correct alignment to prevent injury and assisting yogis to deepen their practices. She is fully dedicated to helping her yogis grow in strength, balance, concentration and flexibility to continuously improve life.

Since working as a yoga instructor Hallie noticed that her favorite part of teaching was seeing her student's faces after the practice. The stress, anger, and negative energy have been released. This lead to a natural progression into Reiki. As a Reiki practitioner she has been able to deepen her knowledge to help her clients heal.

Hallie holds degrees in Studio Art & Geography from the University of Vermont. She lives in

Boston, Massachusetts with her dogs Bella and Jaden, both pups are rescues from The Sato Project in Puerto Rico.
